Is Men's Tennis Favored Over Women's?

Last year at the Cincinnati Open in Ohio, think of two tennis players. One male and one female. He wins the men side and she wins the women's side, but she gets paid $157,800 less than the male.  Victoria Azarenka, aside from the world number one player Rafael Nadal holding different checks from their achievement.  Is this fair? Victoria and Rafael both played the same amount of matches in the same size draw.  I believe that the prize money should be equal compared to men and women.  According to an ESPN analysis, women are stronger than men.  I believe that this is not true and unfair. What do you think?  -Caroline Allen
